SQCBW is a Source Code Beautifier for
SQCBW
indents the source code lines of your programs according to the program's
structure without affecting the line endings.
SQCBW runs under MS-Windows 98 / ME / NT / 2000 / XP.
Your use of SQCBW indicates your agreement to the terms of these License
Conditions.
COPYRIGHT, PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
SQCBW
is owned by SoftwareQuarter GmbH and is protected by copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or modify any part of SQCBW except the samples. You may not
disclose any information regarding the internal operations of SQCBW to
others.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE UNLICENSED VERSION
If you have not yet purchased a license, SoftwareQuarter GmbH grants you a
limited license to use the UNLICENSED VERSION of SQCBW during a 30-days
evaluation period for the express purpose of determining whether SQCBW is
suitable for your needs. At the end of the 30-days evaluation period, you must
either purchase a license from SoftwareQuarter GmbH for continued use of
SQCBW, or discontinue using SQCBW. Upon such purchase, you will
obtain a license key, which enables you to convert SQCBW
into a LICENSED VERSION.
NOTE: The UNLICENSED VERSION of SQCBW
sometimes shows a license reminder screen.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE SQCBW SOFTWARE PACKAGE
The SQCBW software package is released as executable SETUP FILE, that can
install SQCBW on your computer. You are granted a limited license to copy
and distribute this SETUP FILE only for the trial use of other individuals in
accordance with the limitations identified in these License Conditions, and
subject to the following restrictions:
- You MAY NOT
distribute the SQCBW software package under another name.
- You MAY NOT
distribute the SQCBW software package in modified form.
- You MAY NOT
separately distribute any part of the SQCBW software package, except
the samples.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Purchasing a license for SQCBW
allows you
- to use SQCBW
on a regular and/or continuing basis
- to receive
technical support by fax or email
- to get discounts
on future versions
After registration of your license you receive a license key, which enables you
to setup the LICENSED VERSION of SQCBW
on your hard disk.
NOTE: You MAY NOT distribute the license key or the LICENSED VERSION of SQCBW
to other individuals - neither temporarily nor permanently.
SINGLE-USER LICENSE
Purchasing a single-user license for SQCBW
allows you to use SQCBW on any and all computers available to you,
provided you do not operate SQCBW on more than one computer or terminal
at a time.
MULTI-USER LICENSE
All corporate, business, government, or other commercial, public, or private
group of users of SQCBW need a multi-user license, if SQCBW should
be used on more than one computer (one for each computer).
If you purchase multiple licenses at a time, you get a multi-user license key.
You should have SQCBW installed on a network drive, that can be accessed
from all computers, on which SQCBW
shall be used.
You may also set up the LICENSED VERSION of SQCBW on standalone computers
with the multi-user license key, provided SQCBW is not used on more
computers in all than the multi-user license admits.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE LICENSED VERSION
For a period of 2 years from the purchase date, SoftwareQuarter GmbH warrants
that the LICENSED VERSION of SQCBW
will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation
The entire liability of SoftwareQuarter GmbH and your exclusive remedy shall be,
at the option of SoftwareQuarter GmbH, either
- return of the
price you paid
or
- repair or
replacement of that part of SQCBW that does not meet the limited
warranty. Any replacement of that part will be warranted for the remainder
of the original warranty period.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftwareQuarter GmbH
disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited
to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Specifically, SoftwareQuarter GmbH makes no representation or warranty that
SQCBW is fit for any particular purpose.
SoftwareQuarter GmbH shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use
of SQCBW, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data or indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if
SoftwareQuarter GmbH has been specifically advised of the possibility of such
damages. In states were such limitations are not legal SQCBW must not be
used.
GOVERNING LAW AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
The License Conditions and Limited Warranty shall be construed, interpreted and
governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision is
found void, invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the
balance of the License Conditions and Limited Warranty which shall remain valid
and enforceable according to its terms. The License Conditions and Limited
Warranty may only be modified in writing signed by you and a specifically
authorized representative of SoftwareQuarter GmbH. All rights not specifically
granted in the License Conditions are reserved by SoftwareQuarter GmbH.
